The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well positioned, within approx 7-8 minutes‘ walking distance to Piazza San Marco or Ponte Rialto (and very important: just a few steps away from the best gelateria in Venice). Also something out of the ordinary for Venice: the apartment is really spacious and with lots of natural light. The hosts are super friendly and prepared practical instructions and dining recommendations. The bedsheets, towels, bath products and appliances are of great quality, and there are enough supplies in the kitchen (including actual Nespresso tabs) and bathroom - a clear sign that the hosts care about the guests‘ experience and want them to feel like home - which we did. Thank you, Alessandra and Riccardo! We had an amazing time.

Wonderful host, ideal location, elegant and light super comfortable apartment with everything needed for a fabulous stay in Venice! Alessandra greeted us with keys, explained the apartment, and was always helpful and quick to assist throughout our stay. Her wide local knowledge and problem solving was invaluable when we encountered some unexpected travel logistics including lost luggage! Highly recommended.

The apartment was brilliant in every way. All features and fittings were new. 2 bedrooms with loads of wardrobe space. Tiled floors throughout and a excellent kitchen plus a washing machine. Alessandra was extremely helpful and gave us some recommendations for Restaurants and sightseeing. Everything within walking distance, just 5 minutes from Saint Mark’s Square. Located beside apartment is a well stocked supermarket. Everything you could need in this accommodation from Home.

Das Appartement war sehr schön, sauber, großzügig und mit guten Betten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, unkomplizierte Anreise über die Rialto Brücke. Die Schlüssel wurden persönlich übergeben und dabei gab es sehr gute Tipps zu Venedig. Die Liste der empfohlenen Lokale war ebenfalls wirklich gut.

Ubicación excelente, es muy amplio, cómodo, tiene de todo lo necesario. 2 cafeteras, muchísimas cápsulas de cortesía, te…fuimos en familia y todo perfecto. repetiríamos sin dudarlo. no creo que haya otro alojamiento gan amplio en el centro. supermercado a 5 m de la casa. comunicación con Alessandra genial, muy atenta.
