This property is located on Catania’s seafront, in an upscale and modern condominium just a 5 minute walk to the beach (in front) and the shops of the main street, Corso Italia. Historic center (fish market or Duomo Square) is a 10-15 minute walk or there is plenty of public transportation on site that can take you anywhere you desire, including the metro and bus. A car is not necessary, you can walk almost everywhere. The condominium is very well kept has several lush gardens with palm trees to relax in and it is video surveilled outdoors 24/7, so it is very safe. Right outside the building premises you’ll have access to the neighborhood cafè for the best breakfast, local fruit & vegetable shop, beauty parlor, bakery and mini market. The property offers 3 different types of accommodations all with ensuite bathrooms: 1) standard double room 2) Deluxe room 3) Junior Suite with Kitchen and Terrace. The Standard Double Room has a double bed, flat screen TV, air conditioning, heating, high speed wifi, coffee machine and desk. The room is very luminous as its got ceiling to floor windows with quiet garden view. There is a brand new ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The Deluxe Room is 28mq and has got a double bed, flat screen TV, air conditioning, heating, high speed wifi, coffee machine, microwave and desk. The room is very luminous and its got ceiling to floor windows with quiet garden view. This room has got an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and also bidet. The Junior Suite is the largest accommodation type of the 3 rooms. It offers a living/sleeping area with sofa bed, 55” flat screen TV, garden view terrace furnished with dining furniture, high speed wifi. This accommodation has got a private eat in kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, coffee machine, kitchenware, as well as an attached laundry room with washing machine. All accommodations have a private entrance and there are no shared areas.

NEIGHBORHOOD. --DINING OUT - In addition to many traditional Sicilian restaurants, there are great places to dine, such as Andrew's Faro, Cutilisci and Pepe Nero, to name three within a 5-minute walk. Viale Ruggero di Lauria has many famous bars and cafés serving delicious breakfasts, brunches or aperitifs with a magnificent view of the sea. Moroccan, Japanese and Chinese restaurants nearby. SHOPPING - Corso Italia has many clothing stores and jewelers. On Sundays we have an organic market right in Piazza Verga where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, or there is a mini market within 2 min walking distance for all your food needs. Viale XX Settembre (15 min) is ideal for high-end clothing stores. It is easy to walk to Corso Italia and only a few bus or metro stops. Excellent transport connection to Via Etnea and the large open-air market in Piazza Carlo Alberto. GETTING AROUND: car is not necessary, as the property is very well connected to public transport. Numerous bus stops in front of the property. Nearest train stop is 'Europa' (5 min) and the nearest metro stop is 'Galatea' (10 min). Transfer with driver available upon demand.
