Outside, you'll find a lush garden with citrus trees and ancient olive trees, as well as two verandas. One has a BBQ and is connected to the kitchen, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals al fresco, the other offers a nice view of the pool and is the perfect spot for lounging and relaxing during the rest of the day. The highlight of the outdoor area is the crystal-clear pool, with a built-in whirlpool feature and a shallow area suitable for small children. The villa is positioned in a very safe, quiet and secluded neighborhood, located halfway between the historic town of Alcamo and Alcamo Marina, just 5-10 minutes by car from all the necessary services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias and Cafe. The villa is situated halfway between the airports of Palermo and Trapani, a 10-minute drive from the main highway, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming at some of the most beautiful and exclusive beaches in the area. For a hassle-free holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car, as the region lacks efficient public transportation. If you do not have a driver's license or prefer not to rent a car, we can provide a transfer service to and from the airport, as well as a taxi service. Inside the walls of the villa, you'll have your own private, gated parking with space for up to three large cars. The parking area also features a charging station for electric vehicles.
