The apartment was very cozy and very clean. We stayed in two-bedroom apartment in the ground floor with separate entrance and small yard. We had a very good remote communication with the owner and easy contactless access to the apartment that is very important during this hard pandemic time. There was all necessary stuff: well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, beach umbrellas, air conditioners, vacuum cleaner.

The Luxury Resort Margherite is a villa surrounded by greenery and silence. If you want to book at our resort you can walk around the entire holiday. In fact, just a few steps from the beach and the tourist port, all the services you need for your stay such as cafes, bars, ice cream parlors and restaurants overlooking the sea, market, pharmacy, newsagent and ATM. The villa is composed of three independent apartments, one on the first and last floor (penthouse) and the other on the ground floor, composed of a spacious, covered outdoor veranda, a dining room, a living room with a TV, a sofa and two armchairs, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a high oven and a dining table, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, washing machine, air conditioning and internal parking space. Only if you book the penthouse for you it will be possible to use a solarium area including deckchairs for maximum relaxation. The third apartment can accommodate 2 people and is located on the ground floor with a lovely private garden adjacent to an outdoor dining area, independent kitchen and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The area where the building is located is born for those who dream of a relaxing holiday immersed in nature , in the silence a few meters from beaches with crystal clear waters . Always a few meters you can visit the marina and use of any necessary service such as wind surfing , Mini Club 4/12 years with beach games and baby dance , sports activities with muscle toning, water aerobics , group dances , Latin American dancing , zumba , karaoke , evening games and theme nights . In the vicinity Diving Center with ongoing patent , guided diving and snorkeling ; possibility of mooring and boat rental and sailing boats and motor sport fishing and deep sea , horse riding , go kart track . sports center with soccer field with synthetic grass illuminated , three tennis courts , beach volleyball . Also about 5 minutes by car you can easily reach San Teodoro vibrant nightlife destination and excellent restaurants .
