If you decide to book my house, there is no expectation of a modern structure, but while maintaining a style from the years 70 everything is very clean and functional, plus provides a great local experience. The house is located in the countryside in one of the many agro of Martina Franca, in a very quiet area, inhabited by simple people, lovers of agriculture and everything that comes. It is important to know that, even if the structure is old, it was recently presented; To the static load examination, and both the electrical and sewerage systems have been recently restructured and all the time, certified as the EEC legislation provides. My guests love to walk around the nearby streets because they are flanked by a lot of nature and by a lot of Trullo buildings of various eras, they love to relax on the terrace, and on hot summer evenings they love to use the barbecue located on the terrace enjoying T He tranquility of the place. Also from the inside of the house you can access the roof in order to enjoy the beautiful landscape, and be able to sunbathe on the roof in addition you will find an accessible Trullo cone, which I liked to furnish as a reading space.
I am a simple person, tied up you have values of life, I always try to be positive, cheerful, and I like to be hospitable. What I offer my guests is done with the heart.
Located a few meters from the cozy structure, there is an old Trullo dating from the early twentieth century, furnished and structured as originally my distant relatives wanted, this structure has always aroused in my guests strong emotions. Being a private building its visit is reserved only to my tourists and it is also for this reason that the "Trullo" is able to express the values and the rustic emotions of a time now forgotten. A few kilometers from the "house among the Trulli", there is a swimming pool accessible to the public, called the "the Dream" and still a water park "Aqua Splash", and about 20 minutes by car you reach the famous SAfari Zoo, which keeps the largest variety of animals I at the level European. Thanks to the geographical position of the house you can reach: Lecce, Otranto, Matera, Ostuni, you can also go to the beach.The house is only 10 minutes drive from Alberobello , Martina Franca and Locorotondo, all beautiful villages to visit, and where you can find bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds.
