The property is located in the natural Park Parco Naturale die Monti Aurunci. Here you can make holidays sourronded by the Mediterranean country - olive grows, lemon trees and marvellous mountain views. The area located oly 3 km from the center of the town Itri is a really tranquil and green area. The air in the evening is fresh also i the summer months and you can slepp comfortable in the nights. The vivid and touristic coast cities Sperlonga, Formia and Gaeta you can reach in some driving minutes by car.

My name is Tessa Wroblewsky. I’m German living in Italy since 2001. I spent my first 4 Italian years in Rome, working and studying at the University. Rome is one of the most beutiful cities in the world, but too chaotic for a quiet every day life. Hence, after graduation, I moved to my husband’s town, Scauri, in the Gulf of Gaeta. I live here with him and our two children. I love this area, on the sea and close to Rome and Naples. So much I love all Italy too, the diverse environments and cultures, the language and… the food! I obviously like travelling – mostly in Italy. This country is so wonderful and various. Every region has its own landscape, architecture and local gastronomy, offering always new impressions, views, tastes and smells. During my travels I look for contacts with locals, ever willing to discover local beauties and traditions. I visit the most famous places of interest as well as the out of the crowd sites. Yet my great love is walking and hiking in natural parks. Thus, some years ago, it became almost natural ending up setting an agancy, to rent holiday homes to italians and foreigners alike.

The vivid coast cities Gaeta, Sperlonga, Formia and Terracina with marvellous beaches are located only some driving minutes from Itri. Here you can swim, do water sports and discover the cities. We suggest to visit the Natural Park Parco Naturale dei Monti Aurunci by hiking and the Medieval town of Itri with his characteristic churches, alleys and steps. Very close to the property you find the Roman way Via Appia, the city Fondi and the nationalmuseum in Sperlonga. Itri is also a perfect location to dicover in day trips Rome, Naples, Pompei, Monte Cassino, Herkulaneum, Campi Flegrei, Ninfa, the Pontine Islands, Ischia and Capri.
