The house is located on the 2nd floor, at N° 6 of “Vicolo III alla Mastrarua”. It has been recently renovated, keeping intact the distribution of the internal spaces, the ancient vaulted ceilings of the entrance and the dining room, the original floors, real colorful carpets in marble chips, as well as the wooden doors, that careful restoration has brought back to the ancient aspect. The distribution of the rooms re-proposes the typical conception of the period with a main living room that overlooks all the others. The house has two comfortable furnished bedrooms, a bright dining room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and a window, a laundry area and a lovely terrace (25 sqm) equipped with tables and chairs , to be exploited in the summer.

The Mastra Rua, denomination Romanza, from the Latin ruga (furrow), from which the French rue, constitutes what has been called "the main street of excellence of the Catalan times."
