The way our host Alberto greeted us and especially having him pick us up at the train station. Our train was supposed to arrive at 8 pm but was delayed 1 hour due to a technical issue. Alberto postponed his dinner engagement and waited for us at the train station. He is certainly very devoted to his clients. He also took time to show us around the commodity and forwarded information about the Aolien Islands since this was our main purpose for being in Milazzo. The apartment is nice and large and the view is amazing - just in front of the ocean facing East - so you can watch the sunrise just in front of you.

This apartment has everything you need. The location is great. Short walk to everywhere even to the beach on the other side. The host family is really nice and they have done everything to make the guests comfortable. We will miss the beautiful view from the window and those sunrises! Big recommendation!

We booked two nights - our first time in Milazzo - went to Lipari for two days and then booked three more nights at Casa Marina. The apartment is very nice with lots of light, everything you need (kitchen, heating, etc) and Martina and Alberto are the best of hosts! Casa Marina is a short walk from the ferries and also from the long beach on the west side. (A note to fellow train travellers: the train station is far enough from the town that you need to take a taxi or check the bus schedule.) We would definitely come back to this apartment and to this very interesting town.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Marina, the apartment is perfectly located with some nice restaurants and a lovely panificio (best brioche and granita we had during our time in Sicily!) just around the corner. We also appreciated the nearby beach and it’s waves and it was impossible to get our daughter away from there before sunset. The apartment is very well-equipped and bright, and also includes two bikes which make it easy to move around Milazzo. Last but not least, Alberto is the best host you can imagine—he picked us up from the station with his car, gave us countless recommendations for restaurants and beaches, and was absolutely welcoming, caring, and helpful. At the end of our trip he even helped us getting to Messina to catch our train there. We definitely plan on coming back to Casa Marina in the future!

The location of the apartment was just perfect, right in front of the sea and close to all bars and restaurants. Charming apartment with air conditioning, all amenities and equipped kitchen, wifi etc. And the best hosts! Alberto and Martina were so welcoming and made sure I had a wonderful stay. Alberto even took us on a tour of the bay on his catamaran, telling us everything about the history of Milazzo! I cannot recommend this place enough.
