The location is prime, very easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. Everything was clean, bed are comfortable. Owners are very friendly and helpful throughout!

The canal view from the apartment is amazing !! Everything , deco, facilities of the apartment exceeds expectation. Cafe, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. We have a late flight and is able to park our luggage !!

An excellent location with amazing close up views of the cannel. The windows and views from the lounge and kitchen in particular were perfect. The location is also great, close enough to the main area but just outside them for less crowds and less 'touristy'.

Our host was extremely responsive and helpful before the stay and right through our stay. She helped arranged for private boat transfer from railway station right up to a small jetty at apartment itself. Everything about the apartment was as what you see in pictures. It was great. We walked from apartment to various attractions easily. Many cafes (for breakfast), restaurants and shops just around apartment. Highly recommended!

The apartment itself is a great combination of modern lifestyle and the unique Venice culture. We enjoyed the spectacular views through the windows morning and night. The Italian-style dining room is a great place for family gatherings. It's amazing that the water taxi can drop off/pick you up at the dock just in front of the door.

Wunderschön und atmosphärisch. Viele Fenster zum Kanal. Der nahe gelegene Platz vor dem Ospitale ist ein Geheimtip. Tolle Fassaden und abends ruhig. Wir sind dort bis spät nachts gesessen. Fußläufig ist man schnell an den wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben dort aber auch nicht gekocht, was natürlich möglich ist. Großer Kühlschrank mit Wasser und Prosecco, Kaffeemaschine mit ausreichend Pads. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und ist in den Räumen individuell regelbar. Sehr nette Begrüßung, persönlich. Sie hat alles erklärt und war für alle Fragen bereit. Sogar ein Wassertaxi wurde für uns bestellt das pünktlich da war. Danke! Gerne wieder!!
