Casa edera is centrally located in the stunning Marche countryside surrounded by nature, we offer a warm welcome to couples looking to escape and re charge their batteries for a relaxing break in a tranquil setting. With the historic hilltop village of Montelparo as a backdrop and spectacular views of the Sibilini mountains from the private terrace, once there you will never want to leave this living landscape.
Hi we are Terry & Caroline, Casa Edera was our holiday home for many years. In 2015 we decided the time was right to change our lives and move here permanently. Since then we have renovated a farmhouse on site, where we now live. We feel very fortunate to have found our beautiful home and be living our Italian dream. My days are spent enjoying and maintaining the gardens and creating habitats for wild life in the land around our home, Whilst Terry captures the stunning landscape in watercolour and offers classes for those guests who feel similarly moved by the beautiful scenery. If you ever wanted to learn to paint but never got round to it why not come and have a go, you will be inspired! An introduction to watercolour painting course, can be arranged and tailored for either novices or experienced artists wanting to try this medium.
A holiday in Le Marche means enjoying the beautiful countryside, wonderful food, old towns and silence. Explore the Sibilini mountain range, national park or relax on 1 of the Blue flag beaches all a short drive away. With stunning scenery at every turn the area is ideal for easy or more challenging walks, and mountain biking. During the summer months the villages come alive, as the Festa season gets into full swing. offering culinary delights, markets, great music, medieval tournaments. For those seeking a more leisurely break the area is steeped in history. Medieval villages adorn every hilltop some dating from the 12th century, many have restaurants offer their own unique style of cuisine. Relax with a coffee and local pastry or enjoy a glass of Prosecco amidst the stunning views of the countryside,
