The apt is very central and you can reach every place of interest on foot. We are very close to Uffizi, Duomo, Santa Croce and Santissima Annunziata, Synagogue and Museo degl'Innocenti. The apt is at the ground floor of a one way street, where is forbidden to park: so there is not noisy in the night. If you want to go around for your lunch and dinner there are a lot of typical restaurants few steps away; if you prefer to stay home you can buy all you need in the well furnished supermarket one block away. If needed, there is a pharmacy at 50 mt, two banks and a post office at 100 mt. Inside you can find all you need for a comfortable staying. You have at your disposal microwave, oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, an american coffee maker and an italian one, salt, spices and oil and vinegard, coffee and teas and also some candles for a romantic dinner. A TV (english settings) and a DVD player are in front of the sofa for a moment of relax. In the bathroom you can find two hairdryers, an hair straightener, some napkins, shampoo and bath foam, soap and the washing machine. All the detergents (for the kitchen and the washing machine) are at your disposal. We collect Tourist Tax.

I'm a mother of two daughters and one son. I have a part time job and I like cooking, sewing, reading and doing volunteer. I should have to improve my spoken english so I thought to host people from all over the world could be a good idea to do that. I'm always at disposal of my guest with suggestion for place to visit or things to do.

Staying in Florence you can do some different things to spend your time. You can go around enjoying the streets and the buildings, most of all builted during Renaissance. Or you can book a visit to the Museums (Uffizi, Accademia, Bargello, Museo degl'Innocenti....). You can do a tour of the Churches (from Duomo to Santa Maria Novella till San Miniato). You can open your eyes in front of the view from Piazzale Michelangelo. Or you can stop in Florence to visit the other cities in Tuscany: Siena is 50 minutes by bus, Pisa about the same time by train or bus. There are many organized tours starting from Florence that goes to Siena and San Gimignano, or Lucca and Pisa, or many others. You can go for wineries: there are tours that leds to two winery and a city, you can go around with a professional guide with a moderate cost. You can go shopping: in Via Tornabuoni there are a lot of wonderful shops. But you can also take a bus to The Mall, a shopping area with the most famous italian brand (Gucci, Prada, Ferragamo and many others) with discounted prices.
