Casa Antica has been recognized as an historic building by the Italian Cultural Heritage. The house is provided with a well-kept outdoor space with paved and shaded area, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy the restful view on the countryside, while tasting typical Tuscan meals. FIRST FLOOR: with access through external stone staircase, kitchen-dining room with fireplace, double bedroom, sitting room with double sofa bed, wide bathroom with shower and bath. From the sitting room access to a connecting double bedroom, to a bathroom with shower and to a single bedroom with French-window. On ground floor a laundry room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board and clothes rack.

Casa Antica is an old stone farmhouse recently and cleverly restored, situated only a few km far from Monte San Savino, amidst green wooded hills and fertile cultivated fields and plunged in a typical scenery of the Tuscan countryside. Monte San Savino is an ancient village which still preserves its architectonic features. The town of Arezzo is approx. 20 km away.
