Casa1897 (CITRA 010046-LT-0439) is the result of a careful renovation and recovery work during which the original features of the apartment have been maintained, floors, interior and exterior fixtures that have been brought back to life and, where necessary, materials have been added ( slate and wrought iron) and colors (white and gray) typical of the Ligurian territory. The recovery of the mezzanine and of the attic allowed to play with the volumes of the various rooms obtaining an architecturally interesting apartment whose understated elegance is confirmed by the furnishing and lighting of the period. Casa1897 has an area of 130 square meters and consists of: 1 double bedroom and eventualy 1 bed for children, 1 bedroom with 2 beds side by side, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub, a spacious living room with sofas and armchairs, a dining room , a kitchen, a storage room and a loft space in the attic.

Casa1897 enjoys a strategic position for transport (train and bus station, in a few meters) an ideal base for visiting Nervi Euroflora2018, Genoa Boat Showboat,, dock for the other towns of the Gulf of Tigullio and the Cinque Terre Park, Monte di Portofino, cableway to the Sanctuary of Montallegro) that allows our guests not to use the car arriving in Rapallo by train or leaving it in a parking lot. A few meters from the house around the train and bus stations are available large parking lots (normally free at night). Casa1897 is located in the pedestrian area in the historic center of Rapallo, a position that guarantees peace and quiet broken only by the market buzz that comes alive every morning. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are also populated with products with zero kilometers brought by farmers and small local producers. Taking a few steps from Casa1897, as well as transport services, you can reach the shops of all types (bakeries, pasta factories, fishmongers, butchers, delicatessens, organic products, pharmacies, supermarkets, clothing, bookstores, newsagents, tobacconists, stationers, ...), catering (bars, pastry shops, restaurants) as well as banks and churches.
