I loved that the apartment is not in the touristic areas, (but close to the either on foot, or by boat) so you can see some of the few people still living in Venice. The restaurant downstairs is great, the bar nextdoor is just like any bar in Italy where people of every social class would pop in. It's a great place if you are sick of tourism but still have to go to Venice. The flat is huge, old hardwood-floor, some lamps and tiles from the seventies, so it feels like a real apartment, really cool, not like one of these uniform airbnb flats. But it feels old, so not everyone might like it. We were afraid that it will be a bit dirty, and nothing will work as another rating suggested, but it was absolutely clean and everything worked. Ok, once a fuse went out when we wanted to use the toaster, but that was all. We were very happy with it.

The accommodation responds well to the needs of both those who are in town for an exclusive holiday to those who, for professional or cultural reasons, wish to stay close to the International Exhibition of Art and Architecture. The apartment, located on the second floor of a prestigious building in Neoclassical style, equipped with an elevator, occupies one level, an area of 135mq. It consists of a large entrance, with a wall used as a cupboard, from which you enter the large living room with kitchen and the sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is undoubtedly the most important and sensational area of the apartment; it is a single large room whose center is dominated by a dining table that seats six to eight people; on the left there is a relaxation area with sofas, TV, wifi; on the right side of the wall equipped kitchen, there is an old bar 'revisited', surmounted by a wall mirror in wrought iron. The sleeping area has a minimalist style typical of the living area: the master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable futon bed, with mat network, and a large natural wood dresser; the illumination is provided by an authentic cinematic lighthouse.  The second room, intended primarily for children, is characterized by two large double bunk beds also futon. Finally, two large bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet contribute to the feeling of comfort and style that is felt inside this house. Guests will have access to the whole apartment.

We offer you a prestigious apartment located in one of the most suggestive areas of Venice, the Sant'Elena gardens in the Castello district, the area that can be defined as the green heart of the city. Very close to the Biennale Gardens, Ca del Parco can be reached very easily from the Sant'Elena vaporetto stop. Stopping on one of the balconies of the apartment you can be caressed by the lagoon breeze and your gaze will get immediately lost in the pine forest and the blue lagoon.  We are in the green lung of Venice: the Parco di Sant'Elena Here you can relax reading a book surrounded by greenery or go jogging in the morning. If you have children they can play undisturbed in the playground or play football or basketball in the equipped areas.
