A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as follows:

20:00-21:50 45€

22:00-23:50 55€

All requests for late arrival after 24:00 are subject to confirmation by the property.

HOUSE RULES

1) Show an identity document upon arrival at the apartment in case of online check-in send it by email or whatsapp

2) Guests and visitors must reduce noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties especially during the night hours from 22:00 to 08:00.

3) The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival at the apartment. The Municipality of Venice has established:

- full price from 16 years of age euro 4.00 per person per night, maximum of 5 days

- reduced from 10 to 15 years euro 2,00 per person per night, maximum 5 days

- exempt all children up to 9 years.

4) Late check-in from 8.00 pm to 11.00 pm has an extra supplement of 30.00 euros requested at check-in, while after 11.00 pm until 01.00 am, 50.00 euros

5) On the day of departure it is forbidden to leave garbage bags inside or outside the apartment. In Venice waste collection is carried out only in the morning, except on Sundays. It is necessary to scrupulously follow the recommendations that are made at the time of check-in by the reception staff. In case we find waste bags left inside the apartment, € 20 will be charged from the security deposit while € 100 outside the door.

6) Whenever Guests leave the apartment it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed in order to ensure the safety of the property.

7) Guests must turn off the lights, air conditioning in summer and heating in winter in order to save energy.

8) All damages and breakages must be reported immediately to the reception manager.

9) It is forbidden to take away the supplied towels.

10) Ca Riolfo is designated for tourist rental, requiring a formal lease agreement. Subletting is strictly prohibited, and accommodation is permitted only for individuals registered with the relevant Italian authorities, in accordance with local legislation. Completion of the online check-in, including document image uploads, and signing the contract is mandatory to receive access codes to the apartment. The check-in link will be sent via the booking platform or WhatsApp. Guests must communicate their approximate arrival time and method of arrival within 24 hours of check-in for better support.

11) A pre-authorization of €100 will be placed on the credit card provided during booking for validation; this will also occur upon arrival and will serve as a security deposit.

12) The total rental cost and tourist taxes must be paid via a payment link, preferably using the same card used for booking. The link will be sent upon the expiration of the free cancellation period through the messaging portal, and the balance must be settled within the next 24 hours.

13) The apartment undergoes thorough checks before arrival to ensure quality standards. Any anomalies should be promptly reported. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. The Venicevillas Agency disclaims any responsibility for damages resulting from cohabitant behavior, gas leaks, toxic emissions, fires, floods, explosions, or unintentional service interruptions.

14) Check-in is self-service with telephone assistance available from 15:00 to 20:00. Emergency support is available outside these hours. On the day of arrival by 15:00, you will receive information about the location and key box code.

15) During check-out, return the apartment in the same condition as received, free from belongings or occupants. Any damages will be charged. Ensure all windows and doors are closed for property security. Leave keys in the same key box. Do not leave garbage bags inside or outside the apartment. Follow all information provided during check-in.

チェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。

ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。

ゲストは賃貸借契約書を受け取り、到着前に署名したうえで宿泊施設に提出する必要があります。契約書が規定の時間内にゲストの手元に届かなかった場合、ゲストは予約確認書に記載されている電話番号にて宿泊施設管理会社までお問い合わせいただく必要があります。

18歳未満のゲストは、親または正式な保護者の同伴がある場合のみチェックインできます。

新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）の発生を受け、この宿泊施設では安全および衛生に関する追加の対策が行われています。

€ 100の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 課金は、チェックイン日の日前に行われます。 クレジットカードでお支払いください。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後7日以内に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければクレジットカードに全額返金されます。
