the district where the structure is located is the historic area of ​​the Kalsa of Palermo. the house is very close to the tourist port of the "Cala" in the city center. the area is adjacent to the ancient promenade, today renewed with ample space for relaxation on the seafront, large green lawns, and a small beach. It is also close to the famous Piazza Marina, where stands Villa Garibaldi and with its majestic Ficus macrophylla, certainly the main attraction. Piazza Marina is also full of clubs and restaurants, and throughout the area takes place the nightlife of the city. The house located in a restored historic building, is opposite the "Palazzo Butera" where the art collector Massimo Valsecchi has found the ideal setting to exhibit his prestigious collection. a few meters away is the "Foro Italico", with the "Passeggiata delle Cattive", from which the Gulf of Palermo is dominated.
