The location is very near to all the main attractions in Venice, but it is just off of all the busy streets, so it is really quiet and peaceful. Nello organised a water taxi to meet us at the airport which brought us to a square near the Big House where he greeted us and assisted us with our luggage. He gave us a very comprehensive run-down on the accommodation. We can highly recommend people to stay here. Darryl

In the heart of Venice, Between Rialto, San Marco and BIENNAL - The apartment is on the first floor with exclusive entry. - Restoration carried out between 2014 and 2015 - It has ten beautiful arched windows with balcony. - 2 bathrooms with large shower lined with Bisazza mosaic. - 2 large rooms with big beds with tv, sofà, desk and bathroom. - P.S. In one of these rooms (the suite) there is also a beautiful EMPIRE original SOFA’ - Satellite TV, Hi-ADSL - Wireless free - Living room with armchairs and sofas prestige. - A full kitchen and equipped. - Close and convenient to all amenities and places of interest. - All linen for the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. - Complete supply of table linen, bed linen and towels. - In each room is equipped with heating and air conditioning. Completely independent.! - In the apartment there are various boots for rain or high water, 4 umbrellas and a cart with wheels for shopping. - It also has small first things you need: salt, pepper, coffee, pasta, vinegar, oil wipes, toilet paper, - detergent, garbage bags, etc. ... and some surprise welcome!
A VENETIAN DOC:  Born and raised in Venice, a city that I love deeply and that I live intensely thanks to my work, my cultural and family interests.  I am proud to be Venetian to talk about the history and artistic heritage of my city, to be able to say that living in Venice is a unique and rewarding experience. To pass on to my clients my passion for this city and what this city means for me is my daily challenge.  What I suggest:  Be guided in the maze of the Venetian narrow streets in search of places where the present complex tries to dialogue with the memories of the past of this city. Stop to look at the facades of the buildings to grasp the architectural and stylistic differences, entered into these aristocratic houses to discover the history of the families who lived there. Do not miss to board a Venetian boat to venture into the canals of the city and understand the peculiarity of Venetian life from a completely different point of view.
The apartment is in a convenient area to access all the most famous attractions of Venice (from Piazza San Marco, with its marvelous Basilica, to the modern art exhibition of the Biennale). The apartment is just 5 minutes from San Marco, 5 minutes from San Zaccaria, 1 minute from Santa Maria Formosa, 8 minutes from Rialto and much more. Near there are many pubs and restaurants. Very important: it is in the center of Venice, but it is absolutely in a quiet and peaceful area. Below the apartment there is a cafeteria, a pastry shop and a refined restaurant with typical Venetian cuisine. In the immediate vicinity we also find: a self-service laundry (H 24), a baker's, a greengrocer's, ice-cream shop , various shops and cicchetterie. Just 30 meters away you can visit the famous "Grimani" history palace and the famous and ancient Malipiero Palace Just 50 meters away is the Piazza (Campo) of Santa Maria Formosa with its famous Basilica. Just 200 meters away there is a large Market-Coop always open continuously. At only 150 meters there is the main station of the Vaporetti di San Zaccaria - San Marco. It is the most important crossroads.
