The apartment was very clean, the owner helped us with what we need (extra shower gel, coffee capsules, etc). Pretty much close to the main touristic spots (20 - 30 minutes walking), AC, clothing & dishes washing Machines. Very well equiped kitchen. Nice design of the apartment. Everything great!

We enjoyed the spacious and homely apartment. Hosts very friendly and pointed out places we should visit. It is in a great and lovely location with nice walks in the area. Ferris Wheel/Florence Eye near by. Not far from city centre and tram stop around the corner from Apartment, stop is Paolo Uccello few stops to main train station and centre.

Spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, downstairs bathroom and upstairs shower too, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, and lovely separate terrace with distant view of Florence Duomo. Perfect for a couple, maybe not for four people. Plenty of sightseeing and good restaurants in this Oltrarno district south of the river. Specially recommended restaurant - Culinaria de Gustibus! Owners Marco and Cristina friendly and helpful with any queries.

The accommodation is a value for money, for all the facilities it provides. Very clean, near to the historical centre of Florence with hospitable owners who helped us and told us everything important to see in the city. I would recommend this 100% and it was above our expectations!

Wir hatten für 3 Nächte gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Unser Host hat uns überaus freundlich empfangen und uns anhand eines Stadtplanes alles erklärt. Zu Fuss braucht man ca. 15 min in die Innenstadt. In der Nähe fahren verschiedene Buse und Trams. Das Auto kann für 8Euro pro Tag in der blauen Zone vor dem Apartment abgestellt werden (das Tagesticket erhält man beim Host). Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Dusche im oberen Stock ist der Hammer. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Superbe accueil de Marco qui nous a fait en plus découvrir l'Histoire de la ville à notre arrivée, un précieux moment, merci Marco! C'est d'ailleurs un hôte exemplaire qui est aux petits soins. L'appartement est vaste et confortable, joli et bien équipé, on s'y sent très bien. Le quartier n'est pas trop éloigné du centre touristique, on peut facilement y accéder à pied ou en transports en commun ( ce qui permet de traverser d'autres quartiers hors des sentiers battus).

Vriendelijke ontvangst met tips wat ik zeker moest zien in Firenze. Prima ruim appartement, met airco en goed ingerichte keuken, badkamer enz. Op redelijke loopafstand van het centrum, dat niet toegankeliik is voor eigen auto. Met de eigen auto gekomen, parkeren in de straat van het appartement is mogelijk (slechts EUR 8 per dag; parkeerkaart is verkrijgbaar bij appartement), maar het vinden van parkeerplaats kan een uitdaging zijn. Voorafgaand aan verblijf in het engels gemaild ivm planning aankomst: zeer snelle reactie met uitleg. Appartement is zeker een aanrader.
