Camere Caroseno are located right above the Osteria Caroseno. The building was created by merging three small houses dating back to the 18th century, It is located in Castellana Grotte's town centre. The rooms feature walls and ceilings are made of authentic Puglian stone, providing an unique and authentic experience. Rooms amenities: private bathroom, bed sheets and towels, hairdryer, small tv, air conditioning. Apulian breakfast experience is served only during Summer season at the Osteria outdoor street. Camere Caroseno is just 5-minute drive from the famous Castellana Caves. Monopoli, Polignano A Mare, Alberobello are only 20-minutes drive from the property.

Francesca and Giuseppe - Giovanni's sons: a young couple ready to give you all the advice for your stay in Puglia and to welcome you with a smile. Nonna Rosetta: our Nonna lives right in front of the building, she contributes with exquisite jams and local fruits. But the family doesn't stop there, our whole little neighborhood will contribute to your experience. Piero: Piero is the owner of the oil mill in front of the Osteria, ready to taste the oil made in Puglia? Tonina: Tonina is a nice old lady, her laugh is very contagious. Discover our neighborhood life on social channels. We are waiting for you!

Camere Caroseno is a fusion of three small houses from the mid-1700s and is located on the upper floor of our Osteria del Caroseno. The property is located at the corner of via Roma, one of the most beautiful streets in the city of Castellana Grotte, the name derives from the Caroseno Church which is the background of Via Roma and can be admired from the balconies of our rooms. The Apulian stone left on the walls and ceilings inside the rooms will allow you to live an unique experience of Apulian authenticity. Breakfasts will be served UPON REQUEST AND BOOKING during SUMMER with local products at km0. The central position of Castellana Grotte, allows you to reach in a few minutes the surroundings such as Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, Conversano and the beauty of the Castellana Caves attracts visitors from all over the world. Your stay will be accompanied by the sound of the bells, the smell of laundry from the balconies, the smile of our neighbors, the traditional dishes innovated by the Osteria and much more.
