We enjoyed every moment in this place. Beautiful house , amazing views, the room was big and very tastefully done. Nice and clean . The host was very nice. Despite the language barrier we did a little walk around the house with him and had a lovely chat . Tranquil countryside . Highly recommend

Here you enjoy peace and tranquillity, right on the top of a hill with a stunning 360 degree panorama of the Sabine Hills, Casperia and Monte Soratte right down to the Tiber valley. Colle Perrini is definitely the place where you can go and have all the peace and quiet you need to relax and unwind. You can walk around or just relax in the huge property with garden seating, amidst a wineyard and 400 secular olive trees. Experience the perfect Holiday Feeling, we care about your breakfast, served in the garden or in our cozy country kitchen. Our free perks and amenities: Daily excellent breakfast, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, flat screen television, free Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi Music station, heating, parking, use of common refrigerator. Change towels and bed linen every 3 days. Upon arrival you’ll find a welcome fruit basket and a bottle of water in your room. We're open all year round. 5 minutes drive away you can enjoy a sports center with public swimming pool and tennis courts.
