The House was originally a peasant dwelling, situated a day outside the fortified walls of the Castrum Sarzana, in the very first cultivated lands. It was bordered by narrow of a stream, the Calcalcandola, who later was redirected, and for this there was a mill. And just before this deviation, the mills were active in the grain grinding of olives etc etc. Today is totally renovated and with every comfort; It has two rooms each of which has its own bathroom. We focused on the quality of the materials to get the energy certification of this dwelling is class B (in the family we are eco-friendly). We are only 200 metres from the old town, with the fortune of having a number of parking spaces (free of charge) in front of the House, now rare condition. Bright environments, are well taken care of and everything is brand new. There is a threshing floor, where we serve the breakfasts (weather permitting), with many plants and it is great to see people from all over the world mingle while drinking a coffee. Sarzana is a beautiful medieval town, with fortified castles and ancient stone buildings completely different and in excellent condition.
