The location of Aurelia Flat is really convenient, the studio is really quiet, windows are on a private courtyard. For the business traveler getting around is really easy. The spacious, cosy and comfortable studio (approx. 35 sq. mt.) is suitable for couples and families (up to 2 persons), it has a double bed plus convertible sofa bed, kitchenette with everything you need and air conditioning.. The recent renovation add a touch of preciousness, the flat is located on 2° floor (with elevator). The Studio can accommodate up to 1+1 people together. On request it is possible to have an additional bed. Please note: Balance at Check-In can be paid in cash or with Credit Cards (+3.5% Fee). The apartments could accomodate a maximum of 2 people. Check-In is usually from 4.00 p.m. till 9.00 p.m. (Cleaning Staff works in the flat during the morning). Early Check-In can be added as extra with a fee of 30.00 euro (after 10.00 a.m. - subject to availability). Late Check-In can be added as extra with a fee of 20.00 euro (after midnight the fee is 50.00 euro). Check-Out is normally till to 10.00 a.m. Late Check-Out can be added as extra with a fee of 35.00 euro (maximum till 2.00 p.m. - subject to availability). Before to leave the flat please ensure to have read our check out instructions in particular please leave the keys on the table, take out the trash, empty the fridge and close the door of the apartment. PLEASE remember: do not leave the keys in the door lock inside the apartment for any reason. The fees, of course, are not for me but for our assistance and cleaning staff. Luggage storage is free (subject to availability) from 10.00 a.m. till 4.00 p.m. Extra Baby Cot if requested is 8.00 euro per night (linens & towels included).

This recently renovated small studio is located in Via Aurelia, one of the main streets of Rome. The flat is very conveniently located on underground line A, ‘Cornelia’ Stop is just at 900 mts. San Pietro is at only 10 minutes by underground. The main railway station Termini is connected by underground line A and the journey is about 20 minutes, you can take also the buses to reach other areas of Rome. Just outside the building there are shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.
