Detached house in the nineteenth century area of Ostuni in one of the historical and most characteristic neighborhoods of the white city "Barco". The features vaulted ceilings in white stone and terrace with panoramic sea views, and the monuments of the old town make this house a unique solution for a typical holiday of Ostuni. THE FIRST FLOOR: fitted kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine; alcove with double sofa bed; dining area with balcony overlooking the streets of the village; bathroom with toilet and sink. SECOND FLOOR: dressing area; large bathroom with two sinks, toilet and shower; large bedroom with double bed and single folding bed, with two windows (overlooking the historic center), and access to the rooftop terrace, equipped for a romantic dinner under the stars or soak up the sun during the day.
In the immediate vicinity: the availability of free car parks, shops, bars, supermarket, banks, restaurants, public bus service to the main beaches and the train station. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, just a short walk from downtown and the municipal gardens. Its location is strategic both to walk around both drive to the outputs from the village in the direction of the tourist areas of interest. Living room suitable for families with children and for young couples, for a holiday between art, history and the sea.
