The access to the apartment is granted through the artist Alessandro Cocchia personal art gallery, at ground floor, leading to the first floor. It is a 75 square meters unit, with a huge master bedroom equipped with king-size bad and a single bad, a second room with an extra bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower box. Artworks, sketches and traces of the artist are all over the place and you are also given the possibility to paint using the same artist studio! Bicycles are available to visit the city and traffic restriction areas. The home is perfect for those traveling by train. From the train station, the subway will take you to the destination within minutes. The metro statio MUNICIPIO of Line 1 is just 500 meters away.

This is an ideal spot to visit the city, thanks to the line 1, Municipio stop of the subway station at walking distance, and the most famous Toledo station, voted as nicest station in Europe. They are connected with the train station which can be reached in 10 minutes. As you walk out from the apartment you will be immediately immersed into Naples history and scenario: Piazza del Plebiscito, Palazzo Reale, Teatro San Carlo, Castel Nuovo, and the seafront and Castel dell’ Ovo only 500 meters away. You are only 800 meters away from the boarding area to jump on a ferry to Capri, Ischia islands and Sorrento and just 600 meters from the historical cable railway going up on the hill in the Vomero area to visit Castel Sant’Elmo. Walking towards the historical center, within a distance of 200 meters you can access “Napoli Sotterranea” (Naples Underground) the most famous and fascinating guided tour underneath the city of Naples. Don’t forget to stop by for a coffee at the historic “Gambrinus” bar or taste a “sfogliatella” at the famous “Pintauro” pastry shop, right there by the pedestrian and shopping area, full of attractions and street artists.
