The apartment is at very few meters from the beautiful beach of “Biodola”. This very nice position near to the sea is the ideal place for families with kids or for those who want to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday: you can park your car and forget it for the whole stay. The apartment “A Due passi dal Mare” is a two-room apartment of about 40 sqm for 2/4 persons and it is located at the ground floor, with independent entrance from a partially covered veranda where there are the dining area and the kitchenette (equipped with induction cooker and fridge with small freezer). Inside, the apartment has a living room with double sofa bed and a TV, a bedroom with a double bed, two small bathrooms with shower. The furniture has been recently renovated in a modern and comfortable style; it is also equipped with washing machine, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The private parking space is in the immediate vicinity, covered by a canopy and is not suitable for very tall cars.
