We have been spending long periods in Porto Rotondo for so many years that we perfectly know the Village. After the booking confirmation we usually provide the guests with some precious travelling tips and an handy booklet contaning instructions for the optimal use of the house. In fact, according to our travelers attitude, holidays should not reserve any unexpected events, if possible. Our hosting approach conceive a well-kept house fully equipped, a breathtaking panorama, and the tricks that can change the style of a holiday: from the best fried fish that can be enjoyed in the surroundings, to the more shady walk to reach post office, bank and supermarket, to the super secret cove and the sharing of everything we discover in the beautiful months of the "off season". Hospitality is also the tranquility of being able to check-in and check-out with extreme flexibility according to flight and ferry schedules. Emerald Home is located in a green, comfortable and quiet area in Porto Rotondo. Emerald Home is a beloved house that the owners have always wanted to share with quality appreciators. Fully equipped with functional and glamorous facilities, the apartment overlooks the open sea, the Costa Smeralda, the islands of Soffi and Mortorio and the docks of Porto Rotondo. Through the large window, the sea, the clouds, the coast interwoven with Mediterranean scrub and rocks decorate the living room and the master bedroom as a whole. The shaded terrace is like a dais on the promenade of the most beautiful boats in the Mediterranean.

Porto Rotondo is famous for beaches such as Ira, where you go to swim in the moonlight and Algae beach where you go when the Mistral blows. Very comfortable and reachable on foot in five minutes walk from home there is the Rudalza beach and, in front of the house, a quiet pebble beach. From Emerald Home you can reach Piazzetta Rudalza with a few steps, from which you go down to the harbor promenade. Crossing the Village you reach the magnificent Church of San Lorenzo by the sculptor Mario Ceroli, the scenic "fish road" with the marine food chain created by the artist Emmanuel Chapalain, the weekly market, Piazzetta San Marco designed by the sculptor Cascella, the Theater and some restaurants. You can walk to the bank, the supermarket which, on request, delivers groceries, the post office, the pharmacy, the delicious pastry shop, the newsstand. Public car parks are located 200 meters from the house but it might be nice to forget your car! The surroundings of the house, whatever direction you take, offer magnificent walks between the sea, the port and cured and fragrant gardens.
