One room apartment of ca. 35 sq mt. internally refurbished in spring 2020, furnished with a sideboard which turns into a comfortable double bed. There is a nice kitchen equipped of all essential for cooking, a microwave, an induction cooktop, a coffee espresso machine and a kettle. There's a private bathroom with shower and all the essential as hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. There is also a sofa with fireplace, a flat TV with DVD and a broom closet. For winter time it is available an electric radiator to warm up the room; during summer there's a fan. Guests will have sheets, pillowcases and towels available. Car park and bus stop near the house. If you don't have a car consider that there's a pedestrian path from the house to Bellano center and it takes approx 20min to go down and 25/30min to come up. In alternative Bus stop ( D26 line ) is in front of the house and the Bus runs approx from 7am to 6pm ( D26 line : Bellano Train Station - Vendrogno ).
