It was a little tricky to contact the manager of the property because we did not have roaming facilities on our phone. However, the local information centre was superb in helping us make contact and arranging a 'meet up' to collect keys.

Amaziong Downtown holiday home is managed by Logicasa Holiday Rentals, which with its experience offers international guests reservations in the most interesting houses in the city of Como and Lake Como. Our attention is focused on the quality of the offer and on the good relationship between quality and costs. We speak English, Russian, Italian. We wish to respect your privacy, so we are available at our offices in Como or can be reached by phone, email, whatsapp every day, to provide support and assistance. Piazza Duomo Amazing Downtown welcomes you to Lake Como. The apartment is really in the heart of Como and overlooks Duomo Square and the Cathedral. It is inside an old house, dating back to the 1700s, is on the second floor and does not have a lift because the structure of the building does not allow it. It has a double and a triple bedroom, a double sofa bed. Has one bathtoom complete with shower and a second bathroom only sink and toilet. A cot or an extra bed is available for the younger guests. Amazing Downtown features a kitchen and living room, a full bathroom with shower and a second small bathroom sink and toilet only, Two balconies with amazing views of the cathedral and an interior balcony.

The area is wonderful, in the heart of the old town, in center of Como, in front of the cathedral, 150 meters from the lakeside and ferry terminal, 500 meters from the funicular, car parks in garage from 200 to 500 meters away. Historic center with pedestrian access only. If you arrive by car, the parking lots are 200-300 meters away, we recommend that you park outside the walls (Viale Lecco) or in the Autosilo Valduce, for a fee. Cheap public parking at 800 meters, stadium area, ask the staff.
