The house is divided into three apartments and is located on the right bank of the Magra river. It offers a private dock with water and electricity where you can moor your boat directly under the house. Fully furnished and equipped, it is equipped with all bed, bath and kitchen linen with weekly change. A large garden with built-in barbecue, equipped with chairs and sun beds is available to all our customers. Large panoramic terraces on the river in all the apartments. To avoid an increase in prices in the winter, the cost of heating from October to April is charged according to consumption (without any surcharge) detected by the meter, you only pay what you consume and you have a better price for the apartment . The house is ideal for those who love the sea, the private landing under the property allows you to reach with your own boat the beautiful coasts of the Gulf of Poets, the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and the beaches of Punta Corvo and Punta Bianca in little time and spend days in the real sea.
