We are two sisters and we inherited this apartment from our grandparents. The building dates back to around 1900 but it was completely renovated by us in a modern style in 2015, very well finished with ceramic floors. Parking is available on the street, some areas are paid and other areas are free, we will show you the free areas to reach. The street where the apartment is located is not in the ZTL area, so as soon as you arrive, park your car because it will not be used to get around the historic center: just 10 meters away you can visit the Catacombe D'Ossuna, 5 minutes walk from the Royal Palace and from the Cathedral, 10 minutes on foot from the Teatro Massimo and via Maqueda, the heart of Palermo's nightlife. A 10-minute walk also takes you to Corso Finocchiaro Aprile, adjacent to the Palazzo del Tribunale, which is a commercial street with a supermarket and all kinds of shops, food, clothing and much more.
