All the rooms are located in a newly renovated apartment. Very close to the sea, from the beautiful and deep Sottomarina's beach and the Seafront: tourist boulevard overlooking the beach that runs throughout its length "Dam to Dam" populated by restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, amusement parks for children and adults. The apartment is close to bus stops that connect the city to Venice and Padua. There are free parking spaces and car parks in the whole area adjacent to the apartment.

With a few steps you can reach supermarkets, pharmacies, pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, kiosks, bakeries, tobacco, laundries etc ... The beach and the beautiful promenade are reachable within a few minutes. The apartment is close to the bus stops to get around the city of Sottomarina and Chioggia; and suburban to reach Padova and Venzia.
