Affittacamere Delaide is a small villa in typical Ligurian style belonging to the "Callo" family since its construction. The building was built in the early 1900s and, despite a complete renovation in 2004, preserves the typical characteristics of the houses of that period such as the walls that maintain a perfect temperature both in winter and in summer. The structure, furnished in a simple and suggestive way, represents a perfect combination of modern and antique style. The rooms are quiet and spacious and each of them refers to a different color. Another feature that makes the landlord special is its location: it is located near the train station, the sea and the historic center.
My name is Angelo and in my landlord the customers come first. I have been managing the structure for over 10 years now and have acquired a distinct experience and expertise in the sector. Working in direct contact with customers allows me to meet new people and learn new things and this is my favorite part of my job. My staff is made up of members of my family.
Affittacamere Delaide is located on the outskirts of the historic center of Levanto through which you can quickly reach the beach. Furthermore the structure is only 300 meters from the railway station through which it is possible to reach the 5 lands in no time.
