We would like to say that we are doing everything possible to help protect our guests and for this we clean and disinfect the surfaces most frequently touched (light switches, door and window handles, remote controls, etc.), in addition to carrying out the 'sanitization and change of bed linen and towels, before each check-in. Furthermore, thanks to the characteristics of our structure, located in a quiet area, on a small hill overlooking the sea, and to the type of accommodation reserved for our guests (completely independent studio with entrance and private patio), the social distancing is made much more simple, as a natural consequence of the environment in which we find ourselves and the type of stay we have always offered to our guests.

NOTICE: Standing on a small hill overlooking the sea that makes the place unique and spectacular, at 300 metres above the sea; therefore to move all around, as well as to reach the very nearby beaches, for the presence of a rather steep driveway uphill for about 200 meters, you need a car or a 2-wheels vehicle. Fascinating place of exclusive privacy and peace, but at the same time in front of the beautiful beaches of 300 steps (500 mt), Arenauta, Ariana's and the long sandy beach of St. Augustine, in 5 minutes by car from the beaches of Serapo, Fontania and in 10 minutes from Sperlonga. Our Studio is located in the heart of the mythical Ulisse Riviera between Gaeta and Sperlonga, on the coast of Latium; a key position for exploring some of the most prestigious sites of Italy like Rome (150 km), Naples (100 km), Pompei and Herculaneum, the Reggia di Caserta, the Abbey of Montecassino and the Islands (Capri, Ischia, Ponza, Ventotene).
