Der Kontakt mit unserer Gastgeberin Cristina erfolgte per WhatsApp und war problemlos. Christina ist eine nette Gastgeberin hatte zur Begrüßung Kekse und Wasser bereitgestellt. Wohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen und die Küche super ausgestattet.

Charming artistic Open space , bright and quiet in the heart of Venice, placed near a famous courtyard.Perfect and lovely position for visiting Venice with all services nearby, one soundproofed bedroom with big double bed plus a side single bedroom and a "secret mezzanine". Near the apartment a magical court mentioned on the Ugo Pratt's book "The Corto Maltese guide to unknown Venice. You can self-check-in even very late at night for free. For the best confort organic cotton linens and towel. Recommended / ideal for friends, families and couples. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION : Small apartment open space with high ceilings. Please note that bedroom with the single bed is not completely separated from the main bedroom: there is no door and you need to pass via the main bedroom to get there. Also from the mezzanine you can see the small bedroom. the shower and the toilet are on the same side, Since a history apartment can not be changed sanitary position. House characteristics: walls are thicks and heights 4 meters with antique exposed white beams.

The apartment is located in the Santa Croce District and in a few minutes walk you can reach The Railway Station Santa Lucia. Just two minutes walk to Campo San Giacomo dell'Orio, one of the most beautiful places in the area, with a strong residential feeling.There you can find many shops, restaurants, a Coop supermarket and everything you need. In the surroundings you can find the Ca' Pesaro Art Museum and the Natural History Museum, S.Giacomo church most history church of the city(connect with Santiago de Compostela). The apartment is also close to the city center. Walking distance to San Marco Square: 20 minutes. Walking distance to Rialto Bridge: 12 minutes. Walking distance to Railway Station Santa Lucia: 9 minutes. Walking distance to Piazzale Roma (cars and busses): 11 minutes.
