When you come into my Bed & Breakfast you will feel like being at home, this will be only one of the first emotions that will make you feel good. The rooms are very spacious, the colours are soothing and the taste in furnishing and the attention to details are our typical peculiarity. You will have breakfast in your bedroom using a nice table and nice chairs that can be used even for your lunch or dinner if you happen to buy something good during your stay in Florence. You can also have a cheap dinner in one of the restaurants, trattorias or pizzerias that we normally suggest for a typical Florentine meal. My Bed & Breakfast is a very homely place and you will be given some useful advice about what and how to visit the town and Tuscany. My services and our constant assistance will make you feel as in a real hotel.

Located in San Frediano in Oltrarno, a suggestive area in the very heart of Florence, it is just 10 minutes’ walk from the greatest art galleries and museums. It can be reached either by car (it is just outside the ZTL area, “Limited Traffic Area”) or, if you prefer, by train bus or taxi which are available and easy to get, particularly if you need to go to Santa Maria Novella Train Station, Piazzale Michelangelo and to visit the great exhibitions of the Fortezza. Cars can be parked nearby with a little extra charge (the central area is not reserved for parking, as it is allowed only to residents). Its really strategical position, the quietness of a comfortable and refined lodging help to make the Bed & Breakfast 1900 Artevita a perfect starting point to get to know Florence. A pleasant shelter after a long day walking around Florence and a particularly suitable place for cultural, art and business holidays. Our B&B offers all these and other advantages being only 500 metres walk from the town historical centre.
