absolutely amazing b&b, very warm welcome and care from Sinead ❤️The house is very clean and comfortable, we had a great rest and had a very tasty breakfast in the morning. perfect bed and bedding, wonderful shower and everything you might need. Highly recommend and we will back 😊

Our B&B offers guests quality accommodation in a stunning location on Achill Island. We provide our guests with all the comforts necessary to relax and unwind. Our rooms are all beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. Each room is individually finished to a high standard reflecting the attention to detail that we have put into our guesthouse. We provide quality linen, towels and toiletries. Watch multi-channel television, free Wi-Fi available throughout house or browse through our library of books to read while you stay. We provide a selection of complimentary teas, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks, whenever you would like, throughout the day. We endeavour to satisfy our guests with any requirements they may have while staying here. It's the perfect base to explore Achill Island's stunning coastal landscape and rich culture or to try out the many outdoor activities that are available. We are only a short drive from Westport, Clewbay and the Erris region - perfect for a day trip. Group and discounted additional nights can be organised via email.
Moving back to Achill Island from Dublin a few years ago was the best decision I ever made. I love everything about my life here. Living by the sea is a privilege I do not take for granted and I enjoy sharing my passion for Achill and all it has to offer with all my guests and endeavour to make all my guests feel at home.
Some of the most stunning coastal scenery in Ireland can be found on Achill Island. The dramatic force of the ocean's power is most evident along the south of the island, best known as the Atlantic Drive. The Great Western Greenway is the longest off-road cycling and walking trail in Ireland, stretching for 42 km from Achill to Westport, the most scenic of this being the 13 km section from Achill to Mulranny. The Deserted Village offers a fascinating reminder of life on Achill Island in bygone days. The ruins of approx 80 stone cottages stretch for approx. 1.5 km. The presence of a megalithic tomb nearby indicates habitation some 5000 years ago. Croaghaun mountain is the most westerly point on Achill Island and the location of the highest and most spectacular sea-cliffs in Western Europe. This trek is not for the faint-hearted and will require plenty of time but is well worth the effort. Achill Island offers so much more from water sports, golf, painting workshops to fishing trips and yoga....the list goes on.
