It is located in the centre of Budapest, close to Andrássy street, which is part of World Heritage, and it is 200 metres away from the subway station. Neighbourhood is safe and it is located in an elegant part of the city. Although the building can be found rather in the centre, it is still quiet and peaceful. The elegant and amazing-looking old tenement houses from the turn of the century all around leave a deep imprint on the streets and squares. You can feel the memories of the centuries-old culture everywhere.The flat is close to Heros’ Square – 15-minute walk through Andrássy Avenue; to the Széchenyi Bath – 11 minutes by subway; to the Opera House – 13-minute walk trough Andrássy Avenue; to Liszt Ferenc Square with lots of restaurants – 8 minutes by subway; to Kossuth Square and the Parliament – 7 minutes away by the number 70 trolley bus that stops right in front of the flat. Terror House 3 minutes by walk. The number 4 and 6 trams can be reached in 5 minutes from here and they take you to the centre of Buda across the Danube.
