"This charming 45 m² apartment is wonderfully located in the heart of the 5th district (the most central district of the city). You are steps from the famous Váci Street, the main fashion shopping street in Budapest, with souvenir stores and breath-taking architecture. The famous St. Stephen's Basilika and Andrássy Avenue (the Hungarian "Champs Elysées”) is about 5 minutes, the Danube and the Chain Bridge are 5 minutes, and the famous Vörösmarty Square (where the Christmas market takes place) is also a few blocks away. This is the best location you could possibly get in Budapest. This is a ground-floor apartment, so it stays nice and cool in the summertime."

The area is rich with Budapest’s newest and most modern restaurants, with cuisines ranging from Hungarian, Italian, French, burgers, burritos, confectionaries - the best of everything. The "Budapest Eye" ferris wheel is 3 blocks away in the summertime. The Zrínyi street (a few minutes from the apartment) is host to several nightclubs and bars. The Central Market Hall is 15 minutes by foot. Public transportation (subway, trams, and buses) leave directly from Deák Square, and there are bicycle rental stations nearby. The airport shuttle arrives/departs straight from the square as well.
