This 1930s apartment preserves most of its Bauhaus heritage, and is furnished with an inspiring collection of period pieces. The 150 sqm apartment has been the location of several films and commercials, which could preserve the memories for the future. It is very spacious and comfortable for up to 4 persons. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a fitness room. All the rooms have AC. The windows have been recently changed, and new electric shutters are built in. Please note that the building faces to a big avenue, where trams, cars and buses are passing, therefore it could be noisy for someone. The area is developing a lot, which offers different venues for food, culture and leisure time.
The apartment sits just a few minutes from the Danube, Margaret island and Batthyany ter, from where you get a stunning view to the Parliament. There are 3 thermal baths in the neighborhood, that are worth a visit. The Buda Castle is also easy to reach. You can easily arrive to Szentendre, one of our loveliest city by HEV, which stops by very close to the flat. Our area is developing a lot, it is going to be the new cultural and social meeting point of Buda. It is called Margit quarter. From the flat you can easily get by bus to the beautiful hills of Buda and try the chairlift which brings you to Erzsebet lookout. The bus stops a few steps away from the building.
