Lovely Villa, very clean and well equipped. Superb location with beach and restaurants an easy 10 minute walk and fabulous views from the top terrace. Pool was a good size and very private.

Built on a green hill, within 800 metres from the beach of Almyrida in Crete, these fully equipped villas feature a private pool and offer free Wi-Fi throughout. Each has a furnished terrace overlooking the Cretan Sea and the lush mountains. The spacious, split-level Villas Almyrida feature a kitchen with a dining area, microwave and stove. Each air-conditioned unit has a living room with satellite TV and DVD player. All 3 bedrooms feature furnished balconies. A washing machine and a dishwasher are included. Guests can relax at the sun loungers by the pool or use the BBQ facilities and enjoy al fresco meals. A children’s playground is available for younger guests. Shops and restaurants serving fresh fish and traditional Cretan cuisine are within a 10-minute walk from Almyrida Villas. The scenic town of Chania is 25 km away, while Souda Port lies within 15 km. Car and bicycle rental services can be provided and free parking is possible on site.

The villas have been built by the owner who, due to his field of expertise (building contractor), he oversaw all the phases of the construction, giving priority to comfortable and functional interiors and also to the surrounding area in order to offer you unforgettable moments. It is built in short distance but each one has its own, independent spaces, private pool and parking.
I'm George first son of our family. Ι take care of all reservations for our family business and I try as best as i can to offer High quality services to our visitors. The best reward and the reason that each year try harder is the smile of visitors and the beautiful stories that they describes to us, the last day of their stay about their experience at our place!
The village of Almirida (also spelled Almerida or Almyrida) is located at about 800 meters from the two beautiful villas. At Almirida village one can find anything he needs, as it is a tourist place full of nice restaurants along the beach, bars, super markets and other stores. It is a beautiful village built around a sandy, shallow and safe trick, which is the village’s beach, with a haven for small fishing vessels in the eastern edge. Along the picturesque beach you will find, besides the above, cafeterias, bakeries, a jewellery shop, mini markets, gift shops and a car rental shop. At very close distance there is a water sports centre where you can rent kayaks, windsurfs and catamarans, adding a more exotic touch to your holiday. Need for car only exists if one considers the distance to Almirida village to be large. On the other hand, if you want to explore the area and the other attractions of this historic island, a vehicle is mandatory and in short drive there is a huge variety of archaeological sites, museums and traditional villages with wonderful restaurants and quaint craft, which worth visiting, such as the glassblazery at the Red village.
