Villa Thetis is located in Adele Rethymno on the Greek island of Crete. This detached property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with private swimming pool and sea views. The villa is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The property is accessed through a set of steps from the private parking. Entrance is via the spacious open plan kitchen/living room opening straight to a beautiful terrace offering panoramic views.The private pool area has sensational views to the sea. The sleeping accommodation comprises of 4 air conditioned bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins) together with 3 bathrooms (1 of which en suite to the master bedroom). As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
