My name is George Deligiannis and i am 45 years old. I live and work in Volos. I created this special villa in harmony with natural enviroment thinking of the traditional hospitality we have ,as greek people, from ancient ages. We give priority in the field of your safety, privacy and cleannliness. According to our clients until now, i am characterised as social, patient and friendly owner, ready to serve you at any time. My purpose is to make your accomodation in my villa and your vacation in our beautiful island an extraordinary experience which you will remember as one of the most idyllic moments of your life.

Superb villa with private swimming pool , built by excellent interior and exterior design in location were you have incredible view to Agean sea and it lures its guest into a private place of peace and serenity . Also from the old path, which is in front of villa, you can visit old town in 10 min on foot or you can go to the closest beach which is 5 min by car. The villa can host 4 adults in 2 x queen beds , a sofa bed is avaliable in the living area that can host 1 more adult and there is one more sofa bed in the same area that can host one child 1-9 years old. The villa is well-equipped and there is also a bbq on the back side of it where you can grill . The pool is filled with clean water which is update very often and there are lounge chairs close by on the terrace with cushions and towelling covers. The villa has 2 air conditioning units , 1 downstairs and a large unit located in the living area which is suitable for cooling all living areas and the open area upstairs bedroom . All windows and doors have mosquito blinds on them . To reach the property after parking you will walk along the old Donkey path to the villa .Takes 2 minutes on foot from the parking Parking is avaliable near the property in an area , 75 metres away from the villa on a very quiet road .There is a small pull in area for the car.We will assist on arrival with luggage.

The old town is a 10 minutes walk from the old donkey path, where you will find the facinating old streets to explore with its many shops , bars and restaurants. There is a free car- parking too. The port in Patiri is a 15 min walk down the donkey path or a 5 minute drive. There are many waterfront restaurants and bars there. Visit the Alonissos museam just above the small beach in the port. You can also rent a baot to explore the national park of north Sporades. If you are lucky you may came across with seals, dolphins or wales. But the most unique experience is to visit the first global underwater museum by scuba diving.
