The presentation on Booking is modest compared to reality! The villa is located on a hill with olive trees and a superb view of the sea, it has very generous rooms, impeccable cleanliness, a dream pool and all the utilities at the tourist's disposal. In addition, Petros and his mother Dina are ideal hosts for tourists who do not know the area: they provide valuable information about the main areas to visit, about traditional restaurants (such as Alkinoos in Old Perithea...) and, last but not least, about the history of the Corfu community. I kept the most beautiful memories from all the vacations spent on the island. I recommend with confidence! Congratulations Petros and honestly I wish to see you again!

Villa Kostas is a two storey house located amid olive groves on the hillside above St Spiridon Beach.The villa has a large yard, private driveway and a parking space for at least 4 cars. The villa can host up to 12 people with 6 separate bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each floor has also also a large kitchen and living room area. The villa benefits with free airconditioning/heating in the bedrooms as well as free Wi-Fi. === ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION === 200 m2 Ground floor: living room (satellite TV, sofa, sofa-bed, wi-fi internet), kitchen ( dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dining table for 6), 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. First floor (connected via an external staircase): living room (satellite TV, sofa, sofa-bed, wi-fi internet), kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster,kettle, dining table for 6)1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine, balconies with sea view. The area around the property is covered with olive groves and offers the peace and serenity that one seeks after on his vacation. In five minute walking distance from the villa is St Spiridon Beach where you can find restaurants, pool bars and markets as well as boat and car rental companies. You can also enjoy a walk around the, Natura 2000 protected, Antinioti Lagoon or explore the secluded beaches that are very close to the villa. For those who love trekking, note that the property is very close to the starting point of the Corfu Trail paths. Villa Kostas is less than ten minutes away drive from the picturesque port of Cassiopi and the town of Acharavi where you can find shopping stores, super markets, bank, restaurants and bars. If you would like to explore more, you can find the traditional abandoned village of Old Perithia a few minutes drive up to the mountains where you can taste Corfiot dishes at the local restaurants
