Our VILLA comprises ground floor level and upper level. Is ideal for two families or a large group of friends on holiday together. The property is on two self-contained level. The ground floor level has an open plan living room with comfortable sofas and furnishings. There are two double bedrooms on this level, a spacious double bedroom with Huge glass doors leading to the garden with wonderful sea views and a second smaller double bedroom also with views to the sea and Huge glass doors to the garden. Between these two rooms is a large bathroom with WC and shower. The upper level has panoramic views right out over the Gulf of Corinth and Patras. There is a very large and impressive open plan room with elegant and comfortable living area, a fabulous dining table for 10 guests. Only 3 steps from the living area lead to the 2 bedrooms. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Across the hallway is the 2nd double bedroom also with a very spacious en-suite bathroom. There is also a 3rd bathroom on this level used by the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Only 7 steps down from the living area lead to the 3rd bedroom and to the 4th children’s bunkbed bedroom.

The properties are an excellent base to explore some of the historical and cultural attractions of the area the beautiful Neo-Classical town of Galaxidi, which also has excellent fish restaurants is about 25 mins drive; the ancient site of Delphi is about an hour's drive; the beautiful town of Arachova lying just below the ancient mountain of Parnassos and famous for its mountain cuisine is about an hour's drive; and the very pretty island of Trizonia can be accessed by fishing caique boat and is just 10 mins drive away. There are more than enough activities, historical and cultural attractions, and sites to satisfy even the most demanding guest. Several lovely beaches, fresh fish taverns, archaeological/historical sites (Delphi, Olympia, city-fort of Nafpaktos etc), water sport and fishing activities, are within a short driving distance. You may not like to move a finger during your holidays, or you may be the sort of person who can’t stay still; whatever the case, you will surely not be disappointed by this marvellous, all-encompassing villa and its location.

Upon arrival at the House, there is also a directory which provides an up-to-date listing of local events, emergency phone numbers, list of doctors e,t.c, and recomendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. If case you have more questions or requests, you can inform us early in advance or when you will be here and we will be more than happy to assist.
