On the lower floor, you will find a spacious and inviting living room, a well-appointed kitchen where you can prepare your meals, and a small but functional bathroom (without a shower). Additionally, the ground floor features a cozy bedroom with a full bathroom for your comfort. The house's focal point is the balcony that overlooks the breathtaking sea view and the large garden with well-manicured lawns. Our home is conveniently located just 300 meters from the sea and is situated near the center of Heraklitsa and its beautiful beaches. It is also a mere six-minute car ride from Nea Peramos and its impressive dunes, offering you ample opportunities for outdoor recreation and exploration. Furthermore, we want to inform you that our home has 1.5 bathrooms when accommodating six guests, and 2.5 bathrooms when accommodating six or more guests.
