Located in the southern part of the island of Paros , with a breathtaking view up to Naxos our house is protected by the Aegean ''meltemi'' winds. It is part of a residential complex of a total of five houses but with complete privacy. This house of extraordinary aesthetic contains spacious and bright spaces with direct sea view and access to the verandas and garden. This is a two story detached house built with respect to the local architecture. The ground floor has a large living room area with a fireplace in continuity with the dining area and the open-plan kitchen. There is also one bedroom with two single beds, a guest bathroom and small laundry room. In the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. The one contains a double sized bed, while the other contains two single beds. They both have access to the second floor veranda that offers even greater sea view (up to Ios when the atmosphere is clear). In the veranda, the traditionally stone built benches with the cushions create a lovely, relaxing space ideal for reading, resting or even star-gazing during the night.

I love hiking, deserted beaches and a nice coctail in ambient rhythms in one of the sophisticated little bars of Paros! Any help that might be needed will be offered freely. Don't be afraid to ask! Very quite neighborhood, just 300 meters to the sandy, calm beaches of Tripiti and Glyfa. There are two quality traditional Greek food taverns at the picturesque Glyfa village. For those who prefer a more cosmopolitan and crowded beach with rent umbrellas,water sports, sun beds and a beach bar, Farangas beach is the perfect choice for them in only 2-minutes drive. Other beautiful beaches close to our house are: Lolantonis, Drios, Golden Beach (ideal for surfers) and Aliki (4 km). Night life is best at Dryos (10 min.), Paroikia and Naoussa (30min.) The new Paros airport is just a 5-minute drive in a 4 km proximity. You are obliged to rent a car or motorbike (we can recommend you rentals). To Antiparos you may go either with a bus, your rented car, or a boat from Paroikia which leaves every half hour. There also other boats to take you to Small Cyclades or to beaches in the island. Paros is the center of Cyclades and access to other islands is easy with ferry.
