We offer fully refurbished (June 2018), spacious Penthouses and upper floor apartments with stunning views to Antigonidon Square and Egnatia Str. They are completely refurbished, furnished and equipped. They consist of 2 and 3 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and bathroom, designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. The apartments are located in a neoclassical building. The building has been listed in 2016 as one of the preservative 199 buildings of Thessaloniki center, which preserve cultural memory and consist important examples of the architectural heritage of Northern Greece (Government Official Gazette 229 / T.A.P.P./4.11.2016). The vintage features (Vintage Extenal door, Vintage Marble Floor Tiles and Wood Floor, balcony rails etc) of the apartments have been reserved and it has been equipped with pieces of contemporary art, stylish furniture, modern lighting features and hi-tech electrical equipment. The apartments have Hot Water, Security door, Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine*, steam iron, hairdryer and Inverter Air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities (oven, fridge, toaster, coffee device, water boiler,etc).

I am Civil Engineer and I have personally taken care of the design, renovation, maintenance and decoration of the apartments. We initially made great effort to show up the beauties of the building and the amazing location and then, add fruitful design features (wall papers, contemporary paintings, modern decorative features and objects and totally modern furniture) to make living there a unique experience. By seeing the visitor’s reactions on the spot, the comments and the reviews, I feel that we are achieving something amazingly good every day and that we can achieve even more in the future. The effort to improve the apartments is relentless and is done in order to present very beautiful modern aesthetically places, which will relax the visitors. My guests get to experience the Greek hospitality in a more contemporary fashion. My interest is also to observe the habits of the people and the way of living and aim to meet the desires and needs of their stay in my apartments. My hobbies are dancing, watching movies, playing tennis and basketball, riding my bicycle, scuba diving and water sports. I love my city, Thessaloniki and my neighborhood.

The appartments are very warm and sunny in the majority of the day and provide a pleasant and positive environment. They also have exceptional decoration that makes a really pleasant experience to live in it. They are literally in the heart of the city (within 5-10m walk from the major monuments of the city). They consist a very good choice for visitors that want to stay in the city centre, being close to all of the city’s attractions (600m from the Roman Market of Thessaloniki, 650m from St. Dimitrios Church, 750m from Ladadika Area, 850m from the Port of Thessaloniki, 950m from Aristotelous Square, 1,3km from Rotonda and 2km from the White Tower). In addition, they offer stunning view to Antigonidon Sq., the Ancient Temple of Aphrodite and the Egnatia Str. from its front balconies.
