Super pleasant stay! The residence is quite spacious and comfortable, located in a very peaceful neighbourhood, yet it will only take a 10-15 mins walk to reach the center of Chania. Yanni’s sincerely been the best host I had in a while, very welcoming, hands-on, and always available for any advice or help. If I’ll ever get the chance to come back visiting Chania, I would for sure hope to find his place available.

Hello and thank you for visiting. This house was our family residence and was built by my grandfather. Over the years, we have renewed and continued to improve the appearance internally and externally. Professional photography has never been used to provide you, with the most realistic view of the house. The house has all the modern comforts that will make your stay pleasant. Our quests' references are our reputation. You are viewing a 120m2 house with three bedrooms. In two, you will find 2 single beds and in one you will find a single bed. Each room has its air conditioning unit and we always have a fast and stable WiFi internet connection. In total, we comfortably accommodate up to five people. In the living room, you will find a large dining table for lunch and a large sofa to enjoy a movie or simply your favorite music on the Android TV. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The bathroom is equally spacious with hot water available around the clock. On the North side of the house, we have a spacious yard with a table, chairs, and a hammock to relax in the evenings after the sun goes down. If you have a car during your stay you will have a private parking space at your disposal.
I'm Yanni, your host. I was born and raised in Chania. I have lived in this house most of my life. I am very friendly and open to people. I have been hosting since 2017. I have met many people from other countries and have made many friends. I have a day job as a paramedic in the city Emergency Medical Services. I try to be close to my guests for whatever they need, but in general, I give them the space and freedom to communicate with me whenever they want.
The neighborhood is 100% residential without many tourist sites close by. The House is considered well located because it's only 1,2km from the city center, 900m from the central bus station, 1,5km from the old town, and 4km from the closest beach. In direct proximity, there are 2 fast-food restaurants, 3 gas stations, 2 pharmacies, 4 Super Markets, many coffee shops, a bakery, an ATM, the city's public hospital, and a private one. In general, it is close to everywhere spot to go on foot.
