Sweet Home is a hospitable 3-bedroom maisonette in the peaceful town of Perivolia, 4 km south of the town of Chania. It is located next to a mini-market, 100 meters from a local tavern, less than a 5-minute drive from the nearest sandy beach, with very easy access by the national road to the areas west of Chania. It is an ideal Home for everyone who wishes to relax in a peaceful environment next to the nature. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable open plan living room area with a dining corner, the fully equipped kitchen (with a big refrigerator, an electric kitchen, a coffee machine, a boiler), and a second living room area with a television and a balcony. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine is provided as well. A staircase leads to the beautiful top floor, where are the three bedrooms. One spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, and two bedrooms with a double bed each are provided, as well as a beautifully decorated bathroom with a large bathtub and a washing machine. Air-condition is offered in every bedroom.

You may enjoy a sunny balcony with countryside views, drinking your coffee by the beautiful views of nature, of local banana and orange trees in a quiet environment. A safe field with orange trees at the back of Sweet Home can be used by your children as a playground. A barbecue in the courtyard is also provided.
