The area of Neohori is located in the center of the town of Rhodes and it was one of the firts places builded outside of the old town,within the castle.Its near the beach of Eli where the aquarium is located.Its also in the crossroad of Amarantou with Mandilara which is accessible only for pedestrians,so there isnt any car noises.T he only onise around is the people walking by as they want to find food,drinks,coffees,etc.Mainly visitors from Scandinavia visit the neighborhood but other guests visit the place as well,like from United Kingdom.Consulates of these countries are near by also.The area has almost everything a guest would want in a close range and distance.Its regarded safe but that depends of how carefull you are too.During the season its mostly sunny,except some days during winter and spring.Everyone is welcome as long as there is no problems created.
